Optimization parameter for microgripper based on triple-stair compliant mechanism using GTs-TOPSIS

چکیده

In manipulating the assembly of micro-components, symmetrical microgripper mechanism often causes destruction, damaging those components during manipulation, due to phenomenon non-uniform clamping force output from clamp. From this disadvantage, a new asymmetric structure is proposed with stable force. The will have smaller displacement than that symmetric structure. Therefore, increase gain, flexible hinge triple-stair half-bridge-style (TSBM) adopted design amplifier asymmetrical microgripper. finite element method applied analyze and stress. optimization process performed based on geometric parametric properties Using technology for order preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) Grey relationship analysis (GRA), we obtained maximum minimum Results show 5,818 mm, stress after 2,432 MPa. test conducted verify optimal results effectiveness method. Finally, experimental experiments were performed, 4.8% difference FEA results. microgripper’s amplification ratio approximately 58.2 times.
